Writing, writing, writing, but will I ever have any news again?
Well I do, actually!
Destruction Productions has a brand new work that we've put out this past week. Spy by Steve E. Dukette. It is $2.99 kindle edition. In about 3 months it will be available through Smashwords (and all the retailers that Smashwords reaches) as well as through the Nook. We're hoping to have it formatted for paperback within the next two weeks, and it should be only $5.99 or $6.99 available through createspace.
Beyond that, there's a lot of writing being done. I'm hoping to have some new stuff to show you within the next two weeks.

One Wish
If I ever found a genie and it gave me a wish, I would wish to not be a procrastinator anymore. I have SO MANY things I need to finish and release. I'm not even kidding. I have a re-write of My Sister's Keeper (Was going to scrap it, but there's something about it, maybe the fact that it was my first real novel I started working on... I don't want to give up on it just yet.), Ice, Mortality, Living Will, editing on Chastity's new piece (Unlikely Couple), editing on the Retail Hell Underground-esque piece Destruction Productions has picked up, not to mention Mommy Tales, Nikki's Choice, and Diary of a Teen Vampire.
So I've come up with a plan. I've moved out to the desk in the living room, and I will work for at least 1/2 hour at a time, and I will stay up until about 5:30 AM every day until I've gotten all caught up on this stuff.
In the meantime, please be on the lookout for promo pieces I'll be doing on my youtube channel, AuthorEWestlund. There will be one up for Fatima soon, as well as Nikki's Choice, one for the Sketchbooks series, one for Teen Vampire, and a few for Chastity's first two submissions.

Sometimes, I Blog About Personal Stuff...
This is one of those times. Yes, I will mention a couple of "business" awesome things, but for the majority of this post I will be writing personal things. Well, more personal than normal.
I don't know if I blogged it, but my mom passed away at the end of November, we had her funeral on her birthday, and now I have a tiny urn of her ashes in my room.
Dealing with the loss, I also went out and got a bitchin' tattoo. It's a Star Trek Comm badge with my mom's name "Deborah" underneath it in cursive.
There are days when it is very tough and I cry. And there are days when it's not so tough, but I still cry. And there are days where everything is fine. I wish those days would come more often. I get a lot of work done those days.
I'm leaving for Iowa after work on Sunday. I'm gonna be spending three nights down there (three days, too) with my best friend EVER, Crysten. I've known her since we were like 6 or 7. She knows things about me even my own parents don't know.
I'm really excited, but really nervous, because I don't like freeways, and much of the drive down there is freeways. And Iowa drivers, while rather sparse, are crazy as fuck. Last time I was down there I nearly got ran off the road by a semi (Iowa plates), almost got rear ended by a tractor, and was cut off like seven times.
I guess coming from a boring state makes ya a crazy fucking driver.
Anyway, I released Paper Lanterns in paperback, it's now available for purchase through Amazon.com. I also moved Random and Disturbing Thoughts to the Amazon store, and all of my books are live for the Kindle Lending Library.
